Product Description

Honeycomb ceramic substrate is made of cordierite, and it is used for car catalytic converter and motorcycle. The cells density can be 100 cpsi, 300 cpsi, 400 cpsi or 600 cpsi. The usual CPSI for honeycomb ceramic substrate is 400. The shape of honeycomb ceramic is round, racetrack, ellipse and other special shape according to the customer's requirement in order to meet the different cars models requirements. High specific surface area, low pressure drop, rapid light-off time and reliable & durable performance are achieved through high cell density of 400, 500 and 600 cpsi. Our typical substrate are available in a variety of sizes with the different shapes, such as round, elliptical, race track and so on. The walls of these channels provide the surface for precious-metal catalysts that convert noxious emissions into carbon dioxide, nitrogen and water vapor. We can supply both ceramic element coated with noble metals of Pt, Pd, Rh and ceramic element without noble metals.
