FAQ
Failed to get vehicle informations or device parameters.
Reasons:
Usually, there are three reasons as blow:
1. the device is offline suddently.
2. Poor network communication speed.
3. Network module is not installed in the device.
Solutions:
1. CMSV6 does not get the device offline message immediately.
2. Close the Parameter dialog and open it again.
3. Fix the network module in the device.
The channel video window is black.
Reasons:
1. This channel does not have a camera.
2. The camera is broken.
Solutions:
1. Make sure the channel has a camera.
2. Fix the camera.
