Product Description
The China Volkswagen Training Center has received a new YOKISTAR industrial spray booth, with installation completed in January. This large train spray booth includes a moveable overhead quantum radiator and standard inclusions in a single piece of equipment. As well as being a new tool for car repairs, the installation also showcases the talents and craftsmanship of YOKISTAR employees.
The new industrial spray booth includes nine viewing side windows for student training. It is a large spray booth, creating a spacious, bright and comfortable working environment. Paint can be dried quickly with a moveable overhead quantum radiator, including water-soluble paint that can also be dried in the booth.
The specifications of the train spray booth are
1. Total Size: Available size of the paint spray booth is 7000×5000×2650 mm (L×W×H), and the overall size is 7100×6750×3400 mm(L×W×H).
2. Construction: EPS wall panels of 50mm thickness and 0.426mm thick color steel.
3. Lighting: There are a total of forty eight 36W ceiling lights installed in the roof.
4. Heating: The quantum radiator heating system has a total of 12 units - three on the rear panel, five on the left side and four just below ceiling height.
5. Fans: The unit has two fans and 46 stainless steel jets installed in the ceiling.
6. Filtration: The primary pocket filter and ceiling filter do the first step of air cleaning, with the fiberglass filter and M-shaped active carbon filter providing the final stage of filtration to provide a safe working environment inside.
