Configuration:- Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 50mm thickness. Colorful steel skin boards 0.476mm thickness. Galvanized steel roof panel.
- Basement: Galvanized steel sheet and square steel pipe construction. Whole grids with floor filter. Full ramps.
- Door: 3 pcs of luxury front doors with 0.8mm thickness colorful steel skin. Size: 3000(w) x 2750(h). 1 pc of emergency door. Watching window with aluminum frame.
- Air Circulation System: 1x7.5kw direct drive intake fan, 1x5.5kw direct drive exhaust fan. High quality Air drive damper (BELIMO 20N electric damper for Option).
- Water Based Paint Drying System: 60 units ceiling nozzles with 3 sets of 1.5kw centrifugal fans.
- Burner: Italy Riello RG5S diesel burner, 260000Kcal/h. The heating time 4-5min(20-60.C). Max. temperature at 80.C. Fuel consumption is 5-6kg/vehicle.
- Heat Exchanger: Made of stainless steel. The heat exchange rate reaches 85%.
- Lighting System: Ceiling light has 32 pcs of 16w LED lamps. Side light has 16 pcs of 16w LED lamps. 900 Lux.
- Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter is M pattern nonwoven filter bags. It can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.
- Control System: Touch screen control, the system is composed of PLC, Converter, air pressure transducer and Snyder electronic components. Automation Intelligent control which can save 25% energy than normal system.
