CHARACTERISTICS:
* The head of piston, excellent degree of finish, CNC machined working .Can provide more space for fuel and air, Optimized crowns for efficient combustion.We can make any kinds of design on head.
* Triangular groove between the first and second ring. Structural reinforcements highlight in red allowed the reduction of material and increased strength.
* Even the chamfering of pin hole inner side is very smooth and symmetrical. All of these are CNC machined result.
* Although The piston inner side is forging surface not finish machining, we still make it very smooth.
* Tensile forged, not cast, billet material (4032 or 2618), high strength construction,but feature lightweight.
