Spray booth consideration :
- Spray booth only allowed using no risk of explosion and open flame ,smoking is strictly prohibited within 10 meters of the baking room or barn outside
- Spray booth inside shall not store flammable and explosive materials
- Each time the job is completed ; clean-up must be carried out to the spray booth ,all the material for painting must be taken out .
- The supply voltage shall not be lower than or higher than 10% of the specified voltage .
- Without the approval of the manufacturer unauthorized changes all liability caused by the equipment manufacturer no responsibility
- All liability caused by the removal and tampering protection of the safety devices without authorization, the manufacturer takes no responsibility
- The device working ,someone must monitor ,all parking position switch must be reset after work .
- Housing Mainland grille hosts the work-piece ;tread plate carries only the weight of the operator ,not carrying the weight of the work-piece .
- The ground network and its room ground recommended weekly with a vacuum cleaner to clean once
- Spray booth with mosquitoes ,should repellent drugs remove mosquito to paint operation
- .The device must be operated by professionals familiar with the operation of equipment specification .
- Equipment before use should open the system used in the no-load Preheat run for 20 minutes, in order to avoid adverse effects on the work-piece .
