This is normal package, we can pack it according to customer offer. 

Parts Shipping Time:
Air Shipping( Dhl Fedex Ups TNT) 5-7 days.
If need customized for customer,then we need about 7-10days to produce.
Sea Shipping 15-20 days Pallet & Container.
When we use sea shipping,that means you place lots of parts,and large quantity each item,in order to help you to save shipping cost,so we need ship by sea,usually,we use pallet LCL,and container FCL.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral cartons boxes. It all depends, we will pack it according to different parts, of course, we are going to pack it according to customer offer.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, Western Union, T.T

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 40 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
