- Fixture Build Tolerances
Fixture Planking/Aluminum Check Rail Construction must be robust enough to allow machining and last throughout the production life cycle run.Strong adhesive and coarse threaded screws are recommended.Fixture Planking material type is CIBA 5166 or equivalent. Minimum material specifications are: Shore Hardness D=85, Density g/cm³=1.2 - Gaps between two or more consecutive Flush and Feeler Rails regardless of Material must be held between 1 millimeter and 3 millimeter, 2 millimeter is desired.
- All pins need to be measured and reported out in CMM report.TDM now requires that all suppliers provide a Pin Chart.Report must include detail number, attribute type, nominal diameter, actual check, tolerance difference, pass / fail.

Anhui Shangzhan Mould Industry Co., Ltd (SZM) is a professional checking fixture manufacturing Taiwanese-owned enterprises, which located in Shuangfeng Industry District, Hefei, Anhui Province. With 60 acres floor space, and work shop area of 50000 square meter in total. Our company own international advanced design software as well as many processing inspection equipment which import from Japan and Italy. There are about 200 staffs in our company and 40 people among them are designers. That makes us very strength in research and development.
The whole processes including design, review, welding the BASE, stock preparation, NC machine and assembly detection are finished in our company. So that we can control the quality and the rate of progress in any time. In order to satisfy the requirement of our customer, we obey ISO9001: 2008 quality management system requirements seriously, and the establish a system of quality management of our own company. We have all kinds of products including auto exterior parts, stamping parts and BIW sheet metal welding assembly. Also, we are the assigned supplier of Shanghai GM and Ford North American.
Since the year of 2005, SZM has successfully developed screw body and BIW for Hainan Mazda. In2006, Yokoki Engineering Co., Ltd came to our company and set up ideal relationship with us. We have cooperated in many projects of Japanese car, for example: SUZUKI Japan, NISSIAN etc. In 2007, we have established cooperative relationship with European automobile company, and cooperate well in the projects of Renault E33, E95, Honda UK CIVIC, and so on. Meanwhile, our products have been sold to Spain, UK and many other countries.
