Configuration:
1. Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 50mm thickness. Colorful steel skin boards 0.476mm thickness. Galvanized steel roof panel.
2. Basement: Galvanized steel sheet and square steel pipe construction. 2 rows of grids with floor filter & 3 rows of checkered plates. 3 PCS of ramps.
3. Door: 4 fold style doors are effective in sealing the opening while at the same time making an attractive and the functional appearance. Four large windows provide for viewing and monitoring the operations inside the spray booth. The 4-fold feature requires less clearance in front of the booth, also equal the weight of the door on the two side of the column. 1 pc of emergency door.
4. Air Circulation System: 1 X 7.5kw direct drive intake fan, 1X5.5kw direct drive exhaust fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper.
