5.We used the 100%ABS material to make the horn bulb.It has very good Heat resistance,impact resistance,anti-corrosion so that can prevent the dinas and the heat of the engine damage for the horn.Anyway,it also has high hardness characteristic.It can drop from 1 meter that is not easy to break.What should i note when i am Installing and using?
a. Snail down or 45 degree Angle installation, Prevent water into coiled directly
b. If you are not special peason , dont change the angle degree of Steel Support,or it will change the Original air gap
c. mounting torque of Steel support is between 6Nm to 11Nm.
d. The horn support should be mounted to Solid surface to avoid resonance.
e. In order to avoid contact with other parts of the car,The horn should be connected with horn support and installed to wide and Ventilated place.
f. Nonpolarity requirements for this product, the connected place of the wire should solid enough, Double horn should installed on solid part of car body in parallel way.
g. Keep away from car motor and much Radiation place. Not be too low mounting.
h. Don't keep the horn on for 60 seconds, or it will lead to the coil burned down.
i. Using copper wire, more than 1.5mm for wire Diameter, the wire length should less than 4m.
j. Standard mounting Voltage, input working current more than 30A,12V horn voltage: 9-14.5V
