Loading capacity of forged alloy wheel is 5 times than common iron wheel.forged wheels has a deformation of 5cm when carrying 71200kg while comon iron wheel just carrying 13600kg .In other words ,strength of forged alumium wheel is 5 times than iron wheel

we simulated a lorry crashed into a curb stone at over 50km/h,equivalent to a weight of 910kg falling from a height crashing into the tire and wheel.Jananese VIA certificated the analog test result of test equipment :Forged alloy wheels just got minor damage ,but the iron wheel is very serious .
