Filter detail:
1.Good quality filter paper , protective polyether polymer glue, good appearance and strong protective
power, diamond ,hexagonal and prismatic meshing.
Different kinds : PP, PS, iron mould with original international standard size was developed to shape
the filter.
2.PP and environmental filter production line:
We provide 280/320/350g environmental materials filters, according to different countries and
customers demand.
3.We strictly control every step for PU filter: element selection, paper folding up, gluing, then trimming
by scraper, finally the finished- filters are air drying directly without bake.
4.Fibre and active carbon cabin filters are checked to guarantee good air permeability, two materials to
be chosen.
5.The top cover and the bottom are punching, made of electrolytic plate steel, and they are resistant to
corrosion and stainless. Good weld skill to guarantee our product firmly and durable.
6.As a key role in the lubrication system, high density filter elements are selected, then shaped by high
strength and toughness hot melt adhesives.
Exquisite technology and skill , as well as times of check are necessary steps before exported.

Installation instructions:
1. Loosen fasteners or detach clips to remove filter cover.
2. Remove old air filter. Clean filter cover and housing.
3. Install new air filter. Replace cover and fasten.
