Green Car Magnetron Glass Window Solar Professional Dyed FilmProfessional Car tint, 1/2ply, is the our latest product in window film that uses carbon fibers to absorb heat and keep the hot air outside of the car and keep you cooler inside.
The performance of Carbon is in-between a high performance (HP) film and a Ceramic film.
But the carbon is priced at a fraction of the cost due to our improved manufacturing process with the carbon technology.
Carbon fibers are in-bedded into the window film to absorb the heat.
The Carbon film uses a hybrid construction that has one layer of dye with one layer of carbon to help get the desired tone and shade along with consistency.
The carbon is embedded into the polyester (PET) raw material. This carbon absorbs the heat to keep you cooler in your car. You get the performance of an HP film without the radio wave interference.

Product installation1. Cleaning the surface with rubbing alcohol prior to installing the vinyl will help with adhesion and clean any contaminants that may cause imperfections.
2. Using a heat gun can aid in the installation by making the vinyl more pliable and also help remove wrinkles
3. Using a soft rubber squeegee will help smooth out bubbles and wrinkles

-Spray suitable water to clear the glass of the window;
-Cut the film to the same size as the window.
-Heat is needed to make sure the film can be firmly sticked.
-Cut the edge of the rim charge.
Heat again to make sure the film sticks well
