Air draft: This is a Full Downdraft design.
Air Extraction: Air extraction occurs via two side wall extractors.
Entrance Door: The entrance door is a 5-fold door.
Construction: Insulated with Rock Wall, the construction is extremely strong and steel reinforced.
Air Intake System: The air intake system is composed of four units, each unit with a 7.5KW belt driven motor fan, and air capacity is 24000m3/h.
Air Exhaust System: The air intake system is composed of four units, each unit with a 7.5KW belt driven motor fan, and air capacity is 24000m3/h.
Heating System: There are two separate systems:
1. Steam heating - with four individual units making up the heating system.
2. Diesel heating - with four individual Riello RG5S diesel burner units.
Both of the heating systems can be used at the same time during heated spraying.
YOKISTAR provides all spare parts for heat radiation, but the valve for connecting the heating source is provided by the customer.
3-Axis platform lifter: The 3-Axis platform lifter can be moved up and down, front and rear, and can also be extended for painting the entire middle top sections of the work piece.
