This is a Kalux-B spray booth with some modifications according to the client's situation, where the installation space is limited. All construction works have been finished in an auto repairing shop in Japan in November, 2014. Concentrated on energy conservation as well as environmental protection, aimed at enhancing painting quality and efficiency, the automotive spray booth comes into being as required.
1) The overall size of the paint booth is 7000×4000×3100mm(L×W×H); 2) Full downdraft ventilation is attained by full grilles in the basement unit with 500mm height;
3) 0.6mm thick color steel is covered to strengthen the booth cabin;
4) Belt-drive fans are applied in both intake air units and exhaust air units to create 25000m³/h air capacity;
5) All air units are installed on the roof of the auto painting booth to save more space for client.
Moreover, much more options can be applied in the booth as follows.
1) The original diesel heating in all spray booths can be changed to gas heating, electrical heating, steam heating, hot water heating and so on.
2) The original motor in all spray bake paint booths can be changed to ABB or SIMENS accordingly. Besides, anti-explosion motor and anti-spark fan are optional.
3) The original EPS insulation wall panel can be changed to ROCKWOOL insulation wall panel. This option can keep much more heat energy for model car spray booth.
4) The original full grilles basement extraction can be changed to full grilles pit extraction.
