1. Material have two kinds of Martensite and Austenite , the Intake Is Suh3(4cr10mo) ; Exhaust Is Suh-35(21-4N), the OEM is STELLITE
2. Surface treatment is Nitriding(Tufftriding) and chromed+polished
3.Warranty is 2 Years in 60000-80000 Kms
4.Our sepecial technogly have SUH-35+TIP(ONE PIECE TIP WELDING),
SUH-35+SUH-3 WELDING (FRICTION WELDING& TWO MATERIAL WELDING& BIMETALLIC),
OEM IS STL WELDING(STELLITED BE WELDING TO VALVE SEAT AND VALVE STEM END)
5.Different stem diameter:1-24mm and Engine Valve specification:Hd(12-90mm), Sd(3.0-18mm), Ol(40-350mm)
6. we also can made change size according to customers needs, like valve seat within 1mm.
7. we also can mark laser on the stem , like part name, engine number, OEM no.&part no.
and we can mark on the valve seat, but it needs based on moudling.
