BMS Introduction
The battery management system is mainly used for the power battery system of the electric automobile (EV, PHEV, or HEV). The battery managment system can detect the power battery one line and monitor the power battery in ral time to provide the voltage, current, temperature, SOC, state of insultaion and other information, and meanwhile judge the operationg state of the battery and the discreteness of battery pack in real time. If there is a failure, the battery management system sends the failure signal to the entire automobile and alarms.

Compatibility:  The The platform covering the whole range of lithium ion batteries for electric vehicles,                                         including EV (Electric Vehicle), BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle), EREV (Extended-Range                                         Electric Vehicles), PHEV (Plug-in hybrid electric vehicle) and HEV (Hybrid electric vehicle),                                   and covering commercial vehicles, passenger cars, bus and special vehicles, and                                               compatible with lithium manganate battery, ternary lithium battery, lithium iron phosphate                                     battery and lithium titanate battery.

3. High safety:    The product has been specially designed and tested, including in the aspects of system                                      function self test, nomally work under high and low voltage, protection grade, redundancy                                    backup and anti-abuse.

4. High integration: Using large-scale integrated circuits, and integrated system design.

5. Wide scalability: The product adopts a distributed or centralized architecture, and the detection unit can                                         support up to 30 at most, and supports 1-300 series batteries in series.

6. flexible configuration: The product has special PC software, and the product can be flexibly configured on                                             different types of application requirements.

All of E-POW battery cells in a pack are with very high consistency.In a pack, each cell has its ownsole electronic code(ID number) for quality control after-sale. Assume one cell in a pack is damaged in any reason after several years later, we could provide a exactly same cell to the client to replace this damaged one(same voltage, capacity, impedance,etc.), in order to make sure all of the cells in this pack with very high consistency.
