The main component of diesel engine exhaust gas purification catalyst (DOC+DPF catalyst ) , can be directly oxidized and decomposed in the diesel engine exhaust particulate matter (PM). Compared to the conventional platinum catalyst , since the NOx catalyst without passing through the DOC conversion NO2, thus reducing the amount of expensive platinum , lower cost , and can obtain the same decomposition performance at lower temperatures, and in temperature can be increased at the same rate of decomposition .

Exhaust gases filtration system for diesel generator sets adapts the diesel particulate filter(DPF) as the core components. This kind of treatment is much better than the traditional ways such as water filtration and electrostatic precipitator(ESP),the new technology make the black smoke purification rate can be up to 85%-98%. Besides, the use of the most advanced Catalyst Continuously Regenerating Technology(CCRT) can make the capture of particulate matters(PM)completely automatic combustion, and effectively remove CO, HC and other harmful gases, without adding any more pollution.
Diesel oxidation catalyst(DOC) as the core components of exhaust gases filtration system, it can promote chemical oxidation of CO and HC as well as the SOF portion of diesel particulates.

[Basic principles]
The catalyst contains a metal oxide , an alkali metal sulfate , and quartz. The three dimensional structure of a separator made of a porous material having uniform adsorption state is maintained , through the membrane having an average pore size of 5 ~ 15um pore structure , thereby obtaining the exhaust gas having a high catalytic activity and heat resistance, and the collection efficiency purifying filter .

PM quantity calculation results show that the removal rate reached more than 90%.
Using engine bench test devices, measuring catalyst DPF on this measuring device ( vehicle exhaust particulates counter ) by particulate matter contained in exhaust gas downstream of the number of PM , the experimental results obtained indicate a high removal rate .
