Product Description:
AK-CC5001 CARB CLEAN is a fast-acting carburetor and choke cleaner that dissolves carburetor deposits such as sludge, gum and varnish. Designed to maximize carburetor performance, improve fuel system performance and ensure maximum fuel economy.
 
Applications:
Recommended for cleaning automatic chokes, carburetor elements, intake parts and ventilating systems. Suitable for general purpose cleaning of non-painted surfaces.

Areas of use:
Also ideally suited as a solvent, degreaser and cleaner

Directions:
Carburetor and linkage
With ignition off and engine cool, remove air filter and entire exterior surface of carburetor including linkage.

Automatic chokes
With engine off, spray carb & choke cleaner on both ends of choke valve and corresponding

Manifold heat control valve
With engine cold, spray carb & choke cleaner on both ends of heat control valve shaft.
Move counterweight up and down until valve moves freely. If necessary, tap gently with a light

Pcv valves
Disconnect crank case side of pcv valve and, with the engine running, spray carb &
Choke cleaner into open end of valve while working the plunger back and forth.

Important
* if spilled or sprayed on painted surface, wipe off or wash off immediately.

Storage:
Beware: Aerosol is pressurized. Keep away from direct sun exposure and temperatures over 50 ° C. Do not open by force or throw into fire even after use. Do not spray on flames or red-hot objects.
