Payment Terms:
Sample cost are required with the order placement prior to sample making.
The half of pattern cost/tooling cost should be paid with the order placement prior to sample making.
 The balance is due at the time of first article approval, or within 30 days after the first article delivery at the buyer's premise, whichever is earlier prior to sample order placement
Batch: Option#1 - The buyer should establish letter of credits (L/C's) at the time of production order placement, satisfactory to the seller, as the means of payment. The L/C should be irrevocable and payable at sight against presentation of shipping documents. L/C requirement maybe waived once stable business relation is established with other proper payment mechanism ensuring the seller to receive full payment before shipment is made.
