1). Manufactured from precision forged 4340 EN24 aircraft chrome moly quality steel. 
 
2). Hardness after quenching and tempering is HRC35-38.

3). 3-D design offers the advantages of reduced weight without sacrificing strength. 

4). 2 piece forging for increased strength. 

5). Bronze bushings for floating piston pins. 

6). Each forging is Fluorescent tested, magnafluxed and demagnetized. 

7). Special Dowelled Cap for precision fit. 

8). Shot peened to relieve stress.
 
9). Fully CNC machined on all surfaces to produce the lightest and strongest rod.
