THIS IS A DIRECT TECUMSEH 35787A REPLACEMENT.
THIS PUMP CREATES THE SAME VACUUM AS THE 35787A.
OTHER PUMPS DO NOT HAVE THE SAME VACUUM PUMP PULL.
IF THE FUEL PUMP DOES NOT HAVE
ENOUGH PUMP PULL IT WILL TAKE A LONG TIME TO PRIME THE
CARBURETOR WHICH IS HARD ON THE ELECTRIC STARTER MOTOR AND BATTERY.
IF THE PUMP HAS OVER PULL IT WILL CREATE TO MUCH PRE
SSURE FORCING THE FLOAT TO
OPEN IN THE CARBURETOR THUS CAUSING THE ENGINE TO FLOOD WHILE IT IS RUNNING.
THIS FUEL PUMP WAS MADE SO THE OWNER CAN
REBUILD IT LATER ON IN LIFE FOR A CHEAPER COST.
