IV. Main Components and Structure

2. Blade clearance adjustment device
The supporting roller on back right is eccentric shaft, when it rotates, the blade holder will move fore-backward, thus the clearance between upper and

There is gauge on the machine, which shows the thickness of the strips.
There is front table which is 1m long, on the table, there is side gauge and right angle positioner.
3. Pressing Device
There are many pressing cylinders on the front beam, where the pressure oil comes into the cylinders, the cylinder will pull the pressing device to press the sheet tightly. After shearing, the pressing device will return by spring force. The pressing force will be changed according to thickness fo the material.
4. Back Gauge
The back gauge was fixed under the beam of upper blade holder, it will move with blade holder. The adjustment will be motorized. Press ''+''/''-'', the back gauge will be moved back and front. The position number of the back gauge will be displayed on the screen on the front of the machine beam
