Sticky Shield is the ultimate way to stop heat from radiating into the driver's compartment of your ride. Made from a dense layer of 1/8-inch-thick insulation and shielded by a rugged layer of 0.003-inch-thick aluminum, Sticky Shield may be cleaned after installation and is resistant to the elements. The heavy-duty peel-and stick adhesive will bond to almost any clean surface, although it is not recommended for unfinished fiberglass or carbon fiber. It is the perfect radiant heatshield for transmission tunnels, mufflers, catalytic converters, DPFs, turbos, downpipes and exhaust systems.
Sticky Shield can be used with less than 1 inch of airspace. However, when used with 1 inch or more of airspace, this peel and stick heat shield is capable of shielding over 90 percent of heat. Our key products are: Fire sleeves, we have four versions, called economic, industrial and heavy duty grade, recently we have developed a knitted version of fire sleeve, then we have in our portfolio of products tapes in different material (silica, basalt, carbon, fiberglass, ceramic and so on), fabrics as well in different material (fiberglass, carbon, basalt, silica, ceramic, aramid and so on), ropes for different temperatures and applications.
Developed specially for automotive we have the exhaust wraps, heat shields and turbo blanket.
Our main factory located in Ningguo covers a space of about 4000 Sqm, we have 5 new generation vertical coating line machines to produce our fire sleeves, and we have about 50 workers for production line, warehouse and 5 people in our R&D department.
In the headquarter we produce the fire sleeves, tapes and insulation jackets.
The others products are developed by our R&D team and made through a strong network of partners in China.
Our turnover in 2014 was about 4.000.000 USD, growing around 30% for year.
