Press "º C/º F"button once to change the temperature unit.

DATA HOLD FUNCTION:
Press "HOLD" button once to retain reading, "º C" or "º F"icon flashing
Then press "HOLD" button once again to release the HOLD function.

Measure Procedure:
Press "ON/OFF" button once to switch ON the thermometer
It will perform a self-test with a flash of full segment display
And jump to normal display
Take out the plastic probe cover, then penetrate the stainless steelprobe into test substance
About 25mm(1")to get the reading when it become stable

Battry Replacement
Open the battery cover by swirling anti-clockwise, replace the battery
Then close the battery cover tightly by swirling clockwise
