A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages 
before you pay the balance.

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

Q4. What is your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 5 to 7days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends 
on the items and the quantity of your order.

A: Yes, we are Specialist in OEM and ODM service, 

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q7. What will you do if you can not reach the ETD ?

A : We offer 1 year warranty for our lights. Within warranty period you don't need to ship the defect lights back,
just break the light and take a photo of PCB inside and warranty label. Then we will send replacement FREE OF
CHARGE with next shipment.

Q11. If I want to design my own package whats the MOQ?
